How to Make Sukiyaki
Simmer thinly sliced beef with onions, tofu or shirataki (yam-starch noodles) in salty-sweet seasoning such as soy sauce and sugar then dip it in raw egg to serve.
Sukiyaki is a hot pot dish quite suitable as a special family meal.
