BOSTON ROLL

There are so many different types of sushi rolls that have been given the moniker “Boston Roll” in the United States.

One version consists of cream cheese, avocado, Boston lettuce, and shrimp.

This in the photo is a twist on the popular California Roll (imitation crab, cucumber, and avocado) with the addition of capelin roe on the outside, giving it a bright orange glow.
